Prepare Your Items
Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the return form included in your original shipment, indicating the reason for the return and the items being sent back.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse processes your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
